Survivor updates in VIP Chat

Only BB info and show updates belong in the BB Chatter section of the board. All other shows and off-topic info should be posted in the VIP Chatter section of the board. When BB ends all public sections of the board will close. VIP Chatter will be the only section open in the off season.
