The Donations Request ...

As most of you know, I'm retired, completely. A year ago I had a heart attack and the costs of the hospital, doctors, and medicine wiped out my savings over the past year. This spring I had a skin cancer scare and had to get help from family members for those bills. Luckily they chopped it out before it could spread.
This season brought three donations and one new Patreon member. Just before the season started some of my music files evaporated one day, that's how I found out I needed to replace my laptop, which was 11 years old. The hard drive was disintegrating.
Most of the long term fans here are in situations similar to mine. I've gotten a few emails from them and I appreciate all the support they provided when they could. On the other hand, several people have commented in emails and here on the board that this new software sucks. They would rather not pay anything at all for this.
That means I need to make it clear that your donations are funding this web server and Paramount Plus and my time spent writing for this site. Now you get to decide whether you want this software to be here next year or not. And whether you want me to spend hours and hours watching and writing. It's really up to you!
